Call Notification

stc Missed Call Notification is a service that provides you information about calls you have missed while your mobile is switched off or outside coverage area. It is a FREE service that will be provided automatically for all customers. The service will also be active while roaming.

The subscriber can benefit from stc Missed Call Notification only in the following conditions:

- Mobile is switched off

- Mobile is out of coverage

- The subscriber will not receive notifications in case of "Divert all calls", "Busy" and "No reply"
