My line got barred due to nonpayment while roaming, how can I reconnect to my line ?
- For physical SIM users , once you’ve completed the payment, kindly ensure removing your SIM card from your device and re-insert back. Once done, connect to your desired network manually.
- For E-sim , once you've completed the payment, switch off the eSim line and switch back on from your device setting. Once done, connect to your desired network manually.
