How can I trouble shoot my device ?
- Low Internet Speed
- Try to place your router on different location and check if the speed experience gets better
- Try to move the router closer to the window to capture better signal
- Check via your stc Self care app (if your plan’s Data got consumed- then your speed would be throttled >Add a data top up )
- IF none of the above resolved your problem, Contact stc support on 124 for further help if needed
- No connection
- Check if your router’s power cable is connected
- Remove the SIM from the router and check if its working on other device /phone ( if its not working contact stc support )
- Check if your plan is disconnected and due to payment – access your stc App
- IF none of the above resolved your problem, Contact stc support on 124 for further help if needed
