In line with our Master Service Agreement (MSA), you have the option within 30 days of receiving the notice to cancel your postpaid subscription with no early service termination fee by visiting stc store, this excludes subscription fees payable for a device or equipment bundled or associated to that Post-paid system. The change will then apply to You once that notice has run out.

If you decided to cancel your postpaid subscription once that notice has run out, then service termination including device or equipment bundled will be applied.
