I am unable to connect to a network while roaming. What should I do?
Try to connect to WiFi and connect to my stc BH App, Check the list of participating networks and try to manually connect to your preferred network.
- Choose roaming network partner manually. list is available on website.
- Check the status of your line and ensure your roaming credit limit has not been breached.
- Ensure international roaming data is enabled if PAYG or ensure a roaming add-on is active.
- Check line status on the mobile app. is the line active?
- Verify roaming is enabled on your handset.
- Roaming in US and Japan is not possible without an add-on so activate Global add-on.
- Restart device.
