Its always a great idea to protect your device from any damage. stc protect device insurance covers your phone from accidental damage and robbery. We offer repairs and complete replacement. Insurance can be only be purchased at the time of buying new mobile phone from stc store, over the phone or online. We offer different options starting from 12 months, 18 months and 24 months. We offer two plan types, Protect mobile basic for BD 2.75/month and Protect Mobile plus for BD 3.25/month. Prices are subject to 10% VAT.
Here is the different between the two : Protect Mobile Basic covers accidental damage to front screen only and offers up to 2 screen replacements depending upon the damage or claim type. Protect Mobile Plus covers accidental damages, theft, robbery & burglary and offers up to 2 repairs or 1 Repair and 1 Replacement or 1 Replacement depending upon the damage or claim type.
