A detailed competition rules, frequently asked questions, terms and conditions
The competition is open to all individuals in Bahrain, including locals and residents of all ages. All entries must be filmed using a mobile phone.
Participants should create short videos that showcase pride, appreciation and personal experiences of Bahrain.
You may highlight:
- Tourism and attractions
- Lifestyle and local life
- Culture and heritage
- History and economic progress
All submitted videos may be featured on our official stc Bahrain and BTEA platforms.
Your video must be original, creative, and emotionally engaging.
Content may include:
- Personal stories
- Poems or songs
- Cultural or historical elements
- Showcasing Bahrain’s attractions (beaches, resorts, water activities, shopping, heritage sites, etc.)
Judges will evaluate how well your video reflects the chosen theme.
Videos may be submitted in Arabic or English.
All videos must:
- Be filmed on a mobile phone
- Have clear video and audio quality
- Be visually appealing and free from major distractions
- Be well-edited with good flow and pacing
- Include subtitles (optional but earns bonus points)
- Content must be genuine and culturally respectful.
- Videos should reflect true Bahraini culture and align with local social guidelines.
- All submissions must be original creations and not copied or reused from previous works, locally or regionally.
Videos must be between 30 seconds and 1 minute.
All videos should be suitable for social media and submitted in:
- MP4 or MOV format
- 1080p resolution or higher
Entries will be evaluated based on:
- Creativity
- Relevance to the theme
- Technical quality
- Authenticity and storytelling

- Submission deadline is every Saturday at 11 PM, starting 6 December 2025 until 31 January 2026.
- Winning videos will be shared across stc Bahrain’s official social media channels.
- stc Bahrain and BTEA reserve the right to publish submitted videos on their websites, social media channels, and internal platforms.
- stc Bahrain and BTEA may also submit selected videos for industry or creative awards as part of the project.
