You will need to present the following : 1. Copy of your CPR or passport. (Customer end) 3. Insurance claim form. (Service center end) 4. In case of Robbery by force; original copy of the complaint filed with the Police.(Customer end) 5. Payment receipt from the SIM provider of the SIM replacement.(Customer end) - incase of robbery by force.
