How can I get the list of open trouble tickets ?
From the main my stc BH App menu, you can tap on "Help Center" and then "Track your case". You can login into my self-care portal on "My Support" option scroll down and there will be an option "Search Tickets" by entering your stc number. https://www.stc.com.bh/content/self-care-portal-(stc.com.bh).
