Discontinued Devices

Starting October 15, 2023, stc will no longer support TDD(Time Division Duplex) - only broadband devices. To continue using the service without interruption, you will need to use a device that is compatible with the stc network.

To continue using the service without interruption, please ensure that you are using a device that is compatible with the stc network and not in the mentioned in the list.

Please make sure you are using a device that is compatible with the stc network and is not on the list if you want to continue enjoying the service continuously.

Your landline service under broadband number will be discontinued on October 25, 2023.

To support your transition, we are offering you 5G broadband device (Offer Valid till 15th November). You can get your 5G broadband device by visiting any stc retail store. Moreover, stc will upgrade your plan to 5G free of charge.
