The "Connect" plan provides drivers with a comprehensive suite of services, including remote commands, vehicle status checks, on-demand diagnostics, connected navigation, and destination download. Subscribers also benefit from 24/7 support from dedicated OnStar Advisors, available in both English and Arabic. The "Protect" plan prioritizes safety and security, offering Automatic Crash Response, stolen vehicle assistance, and misplaced key retrieval.
