With stc SMS you can send text messages and text-based pictures to other mobile phones. SMS can be forwarded and stored - and is a handy way to share information, jokes, invitations, reminders or anything you want! 

SMS service is available for both stc Prepaid and stc Postpaid/Smartplans customers without a subscription! SMS offers the subscriber the possibility to send and receive short text messages limited to 160 alphanumeric characters or 70 Arabic characters.

• Subscription to this service is free of charge

• Charging will be per message

• The sender will only be charged for this service

• Local SMS costs 22 fils for stc Postpaid/Smartplans and 27 fils for stc Prepaid

• International SMS costs 27 fils for stc Postpaid and 33 fils for stc Prepaid
