124 Call Centre

Due to the ongoing situation, we have changed the operating hours at our Call Centre, as we work to ensure the health and safety of our customers and teams.

We will provide our full services from 9am to 1am. However, To ensure we get to those customers who need our help the most, we will be providing selective critical services between 1am to 9am.

Call Centre operating hours will be as follows:

  • 9 am to 1am – full services
  • 1am to 9am – selected services
    • Reporting lost SIM
    • Resume service
    • Service not working
    • Technical Issues with Broadband & Data Services
    • Service issues while roaming
